New 3rd Edition of Gout: Diagnosis and Management of Gouty Arthritis and Hyperuricemia

PCI is pleased to announce the publication of the new, third edition of Gout: Diagnosis and Management of Gouty Arthritis and Hyperuricemia by Drs. Robert Terkeltaub and Lawrence Edwards. The new third edition includes the recently released 2012 ACR Gout Guidelines, for which an entire new chapter in the new edition is dedicated. The discussion of the high-resolution ultrasound is expanded in the new edition. In addition, there were numerous updates to every chapter of the book.
Robert Terkeltaub, MD is Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego and Rheumatology Section Chief at the San Diego VA Medical Center. Lawrence Edwards, MD is Professor of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology and Immunology at the University of Florida.
